About 90% of engineering graduates in India are not employable. Due to this, Companies spend a significant amount of time training freshers. Rest who don’t get through campus has to go through skills training post-college before being hired or face hardships. In order to address this issue, I am taking on an initiative to reduce the gap in the skill sets of college graduates and what is needed by the industry.
